As I think you should do JET-clerk, the reason behind is this :

1.Directly under a bank which is nationally recognised whereas in RRB, bank is only recognised at state level.

2.Probation period in RRB clerk is of 1 year and but in JET  clerk is of 6 months Only.

  1. RRB always post first in rural area , as it meant to be first in rural areas, so you have to spend your 60–70% of you job in rural and semi-urban, while in JET clerk you don’t have to go anywhere, only they have to work in same organisation.
  2. I am not comparing  as both get approx same amount of salary, but you will get some other perks in JET clerk.

Best of luck !

If i talk about Salary-wise,then there is not much difference between the both jobs. while, the work profile of an RRB is more hectic than that of an JET Clerk Office Assistant. So, I think JIT Click Office Assistant job is better than that of an RRB as it gives you more time to pursue further education or prepare for better examinations.

JET Clerk is much best than RRB office assistant since promotion policy in nationalized banks are more great than regional banks since regional banks take 5 year to get promoted even after doing JAIIB but in nationalized banks it takes 2–3 years to get promoted. Some other facilities are also differ in nationalized than regional rural banks so you have to opt JET clerk than RRB office assistant.
